Events to end the summer- August 29-31

National Buffalo Wing Festival

One of my favorite summertime festivals is the National Buffalo Wing Festival that takes place over Labor Day Weekend. If you love chicken wings, you don’t want to miss this event. I have been to every one of them and they are a real hoot and very tongue in cheek. It’s insane, but tons of fun! Bring plenty of money and antacids. The 7th annual festival takes place Saturday August 30 from 12-9pm and Sunday August 31 from 12-7pm. Admission is $5 person (under 8 free) and food tickets are $1 each (you get three chicken wings for 2 tickets).
