Yesterday my daughter and I went on the luncheon cruise of the Rose Lummis on the Erie Canal. This 49 passenger tour boat departs from Spencerport, which is west of Rochester. The cruise went to Adams Basin, where we had a delicious lunch at the Adams Basin Inn B & B. David and Pat Haines, the innkeepers, also give a tour of the inn. This cruise which departed at 11:30am, cost $29/person. They also offer sightseeing cruises Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 12, 2 and 4pm. Cost is $14/adult and $10/child 2-12.
